Fancy restaurant in Ester, great customer service. You get a free taste of wine. Food is excellent. Although the appear to chage... their menu pretty frequent and I had the chance to try their smoked trout spread with capers. Then the fat duck was tender andjuicy with wild rice. Its a small dinning portion, in case you are thinking to fill yourself all the way up, this is not theplace for that. Dessert was interesting, as the chocolate sponge roll had a chilly dipped in chocolate. I ate the chilly and itwas a lot of fun!! Read more

Clearly the best restaurant in Estes Park and one of the best in Colorado, we know of none better. As good as 5 star Mobile and... 3 star Michelin we have been to around the US and world. Small but nice menu, every item great. Great outside seating and diningroom. Very friendly effective staff. Chef visited our table. Expensive for EP, but worth it. Read more

Really great food and wine! An unexpected dining experience in Estes Park. Coming from a big city, I didn't have high... expectations about the food scene, but this dinner was delicious. So many great flavors and the wine selection to pair reallytook it to the next level. Definitely an expensive but worthwhile treat! Read more

One of the greatest meal I have had in a while. Super surprised that this humble little gem is standing right here in this small... tourist town, I thought this was more like the type of restaurant you?d fine in NYC or LA. Everything was very delicious andunique. I ordered the cheese puffs, smoked trout spread and the main entrance - That?ll do:Pig (pic). I LOVE the smoke troutspread. Tasty, rich, creamy and not too salty, and paired very well with thin toast. So good that I ended licking the tiny spoonthat was used for spreading. Also, very nice and warm staffs. Chatted with the chef at the end as well. Totally would love tocome back again times after times! Read more

I'd recommend this restaurant for a cute, cozy dinner! We went for a birthday dinner and they added lovely personal touches. The... food was INCREDIBLE, the menu changes often but I have no doubt every selection would be fantastic. The staff were so nice.Lovely views from a window seat, as it was too cold for outdoor seating early May. We'll definitely return if we're back inEstes! Read more

We had a fabulous experience here. Nice atmosphere, light music, cute decor inside. The staff were very friendly. Emelia was... lovely. The chefs are very gluten/dairy free friendly and you could not go wrong with any choice on the menu. My fiancé lovedthe pork shoulder and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The food was spectacular. We will definitely be back. Read more

My wife and I were in Estes Park as part of our wedding/honeymoon trip in October 2021. We were looking to have an evening... dining out but it was still hard to find places that were set up in less crowded ways with the pandemic situation. We feel solucky to have stumbled onto Seasoned Bistro. From the warm and professional wait staff to the inspired and memorable dishes, westill comment on our dinner that night. Even though we didn?t have reservations that evening, the lovely staff settled us in ata comfortable seating area with a really good wine and even with that, our wait was only 20 minutes. The first thing weappreciated was how much space was between tables. We were fully vaccinated but still those considerations were nice to see.Looking at the menu we had so many great choices it was hard to decide so we chose to mull it over with an appetizer of troutspread which was so delicious. We ultimately settled on a Duck entree for me and a Fish entree for her. We eat fish and seafoodof many types but Joyce had this to say after taking one bite of her dish?.?It was fish done in a way I?ve never seen but Inever want to have fish any other way again. It wasn?t fish and dumplings as in two separate parts but a dumpling created offish and scallops combined to form a texture resembled mousse but more depth to it.? We still talk about that dish and can?tstop thinking about how it was done. I?ve searched for any kind of cookbook by Chef Rob Corey but sadly, none as yet. I?ve eventried looking up recipes of fish done like that but no luck. She and I both marveled at how amazing it was along with everythingwe tasted there that night. Whenever we get back to CO, it will most certainly entail a trip up to Estes Park and the SeasonedBistro, even if its only for a meal there. For ref sake, we live in MD where we have plenty of access to fresh fish. Chef RobCorey and all of the staff at Seasoned Bistro truly are in a class of their own! Read more
