I just wanted to show my appreciation for the cook in the back. If I saw correctly his name was Stas and he was extremely... friendly he bent into the window and smiled and waved at me and said have a super great day. Honestly this made my whole week.Added bonus the food was out of this world.Love you Stas ????. Read more

In general the management team( the guy with glassware and old lady )needs a costumer service cross training!!! Once we are in... food business, we need to understand that since I payed my food, I expected a same service like anyone else Not based on myColour or race or or !!!! And If I?m silent not mean you are right!!! Secondly, please if any kitchen staff use to have a bigbeard!!! There?s hear-net available in market!! **Drive Through** Location: getting into the place and finding it was a little strange, but I didn't know the area. Seems to... be isolated from the business section. Parking lot: adequate space, not congested when I was there Service & Staff: friendly,and didn't need to wait very long for my order. Food: in tune with any other A & W I've been to Price: seemed to be standardprices from other a&w restaurants I've been to. Overall: seems like a standard chain restaurant from a&w. Generally i dont like giving reviews for chained restaurant. As they look same and same food. But, this location treated ne... differently and I can see how service can bring happiness in customers.. so here you go- I will start with location, it is onthe main highway 39 so very easy to locate. The thing that most impressed me was drink served in the chilled mug, thats wat A&Wis famous for, lately i saw in many of franchise they dont offer mug and give you in paper mugs, as they save their time to washthem, you have to ask them specially.. another thing that i like was employee gesture wether it be having smile on his face,makes me feel welcoming or telling me about the newest burger.. he was kind, respectful and yes fun to talk to.. then i orderedchicken burger and tht burger was perfectly made with right amount of sauce tht it will not pour out and ur sandwich becomesoggy and all you do is keep cleaning. Your hands. It was perfectly made and lattuce was enuf and green and not from the rootend.. last and most important cleanliness. This location was very clean no tray left on tables and all were wiped andsanitized... if you really want to experience A real A&W. please visit this location. Read more
