I order hot fudge brownie with ice cream service was very nice but brownie was very cold didn't feel like hot fudge ????

Haven't been to a DQ in years... mainly because we don't live here anymore. Still, all the flavours came back. Attentive staff,... great service, friendly attitude, good ice cream. But it was really like walking into a deep freeze. I was so cold in there, Ihad to go out to warm up. Otherwise, fine. I'm sure other people loved it. Read more
Ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and a SMALL order of onion rings. Found out that I got charged for a large order of... rings. Didn't sort it out until I was 25 miles away. Wasn't turning around. Soda machine was out, so they had to fill it, whenthe girl brought it back the cup was 1/3 filled with foam from root beer. I asked to get it filled, you would have thought I wasasking for the world. Obviously, the other lady was very put out that she has to help me. More customers came in and she had tohelp about 6 more, that gave me a chuckle. The sandwich was ok, but I really don't like eating a huge chunk of gristle. Poorservice and a bad sandwich just don't add up to more than 2 stars. Read more
Overall a good DQ, the parking lot is fairly open and waits aren't usually too long. There are a few issues however. The... position of drive through blocks traffic and makes it inconvenient to get in and out. Also, once you are waiting for an order,there is very little room to wait and it can get quite cramped if lots of people are waiting for food. All in all, the DQ staffis pretty friendly and there are no major issues I have encountered. Read more
Sadly, the visit wasn't as great as expected. Since we purchased an ice cream cake & dad to drive an hour to get home, we... ordered takeaway. Grabbed it & left only to find that my husband's order wasn't correct. We didn't turn back as we were alreadywell on the way home. He was a but peeved because bacon was involved & free didn't get any as promised. Oh well, accidentshappen. ???? Read more

This place is the best smelling and tasting food you will ever find and the restaurant is omazing. Highly recommended, duh. Ya... this Veteran says the onion rings are the best things ever to put in your mouth and eat. Omg. Read more
