The manager Michael Warrington is a real piece of work he's very disrespectful and should not work in the food industry. Never... had a problem at this restaurant ever and I have been ordering from there for years every Sunday morning. Then today in thematter of minutes he threw me out for no good reason at all. I got a burger, coffee, fries, and rootbeer. Rootbeer was fresh! You can tell by the taste that they take care of their soda... equipment. To me, that's important. It's an indicatior of sanitation. Which to me, is very important! Burger was awesome.Fresh bun and burger. Great taste. Fries were done with very clean oil, again you can tell by the taste. Coffee is incredible. Eat'n Park is Pittsburgh's famous diner. It has a classic diner, family friendly menu. The Shaler location is one of the best.... It's clean, welcoming, food is always fresh. Staff is nice and they have a pick up window. Trust me you will leave with a smile.???? At my most recent visit I had the famous Superburger Meal Deal, an Eat'n Park must try! It was excellent as always. ThePhilly Cheese Steak and Turkey Club are two more choices you can't go wrong with. Read more
The service and the food at this location just plain sucks anymore. When your food takes forever, you'd think that it would be... correct, look decent and be hot. If you like your buns toasted to the point where it's burnt, a condiment on your sandwich thatyou requested to not be there, your wrap put together sloppily, brown lettuce on the salad bar and a slow server who'd ratherstand in the kitchen talking to her co-workers then this is the place for you. Stopped in for some takeout dinner. My order was taken quickly. I was looking for two comfort food dinner, both of them pot... roast sandwiches with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Waitress was amazing food was horrible no Alfredo sauce on my fedachini Alfredo and our waitress did get me more and it was cold... and so were my noodles and broccol.I told waitress manager needs to know but no manager ever came to our table. I will not bereturning. And cooks and manager need fired and get some people in there that care. I felt bad for our waitress cause not herfault the manager doesn't hold there cooks up to standards. I go to Eat?n Park for one reason; most convenient restaurant with a salad bar. This location cheaped out and only had iceberg... lettuce on the salad bar. Additionally, they had no way of upselling me some protein to add to my salad. My only option was toorder an entire platter of food, and add the salad bar to it. Kinda defeats the purpose. Read more
