My wife and I ordered from this place last week and ended up with serious food poisoning. They do not wash their hands and are... always in the back of the store doing something other than making sure they take your order when you come in. They claim theyare concerned about the pandemic and refuse you access to the rest room but play on their phones, have holes in their masks, anddon't WASH THEIR HANDS before they make your food. Not suprised we got sick. They even have a bell to say when you come in andyou still jave to wait to be served. Read more
DONT WASTE YOUR $. Rude and ignorant staff. BRANDON and ALYSSA specifically refused to make a ham and Turkey sandwich with out... bologna because it comes with bologna and they pre make their "sandwich kits" saying that defeats the purpose of pre makingthem. They claim to have no management saying they live in India and they can do what they want. Also refused to give us acorporate number. Its customer service not incompetent service. Grow up! Read more
It's a Subway shop. Decent food but pretty much the same you can expect at other locations. When we went the Italian Herb and... Cheese bread was still baking, so we got it fresh out of the oven, though we had to wait a bit. This location does not seem tobe very busy, but the food is good and the employees seem alright. Never go here, seriously. I know from firsthand experience that the management are trash and they have no idea what's actually... going on in their store. I don't mean to say that they're terrible people necessarily, but I witnessed them send away manypotential paying customers in quite a rude fashion for no real reason, and both the employees and management complain aboutcustomers when they think no one else is listening. My brother and I stopped in to use the restroom, pass the time and perhaps grab a drink or sub to go. However, the owner or... manager gave us the stink eye from the moment we walked in, even to the point of staring us down as we passed him. We sat downand started to discuss our plans when he asked in a condescending tone whether we were going to eat or not. I was ready toexplode with anger, but my brother stopped me and handled the situation more delicately, letting him know we were simply gettingdirections. He continued to eye us and by that time we no longer felt welcome, so we left. The behavior displayed by theowner/manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
