Horrific service. Had to wait 15min for someone to assist. Then someone appeared and completely ignored me. Then when I spoke up... some extremely rude lady told me to be quiet and showed me a sign that I had to wait 5 min because they were away. I never hadsomeone speak to me like this. Good food with good prices with large portions. Takes 10-15 min to prepare your order. Customer service is average is not very... welcoming and not informative but it’s the food that brings me back. Every little plastic disposable utensil and pocket ofsauce ( soy sauce) is at additional cost. The 5 star rating is based on judgement of food. Read more
Asian Express is our go to Chinese take out joint. The food is always fresh and they always add a lot of vegetables. Not... greasy at all. I would say the lady at the front is always direct and to the point, not rude. Might just be a cultural thing. One thing I can say is she never gets my order wrong and they take food safety very seriously which we appreciate. Also, we havevarious allergies and they always make sure our food is safe. Read more
