Yesterday I ordered quesadillas and a burrito which were both poorly cooked, as well as the quesadillas missing chicken and the... toppings ordered. One quesadilla did not have anything inside of it and I ended up receiving an empty tortilla. Horrible food,would not recommend going here. Read more
Place was clean and tidy .. put an order for my office staff.. I guess threw them off with a big order About 10 items .. the... person by the name Jemini took my order... very patience and calm as I saw her prepare the order..and handle the situation. The other girl there seem to be training.. kinda lost lol .. One guy showed up late .. seem to b the boss lol .. Food was late.. but.. overall food taste is ok .. theyb need to be more generous with the sauce as it taste .. kinda .. less sauce don'twanna call it bland .. food was fresh .. overall . We had the chicken burrito, quesadilla and supreme fries. Not disappointed! Also great value for the price, portions were... generous and they did not skimp on the toppings. Would definitely recommend. One of the best burrito places in the area. Read more
I've never posted a bad review before, but this is too much. I've been going to this location ever since they opened in the... plaza because I live nearby. I ALWAYS order their taco salad bowl, sometimes beef, sometimes fish. I ALWAYS ask for extralettuce because I'm allergic to Gluten, so I can't have rice or beans, otherwise I get really sick. I've never had a problemuntil today. As a matter of fact, I was there just yesterday, and the girl who served me was very sweet, but the gentleman there(who appeared to be the owner) was not understanding at all! He refused to give me a little more lettuce and made it sound likeI was lying when I said I buy from them all the time, (which I did not appreciate). I pointed at the girl in the kitchen andtold him she served me YESTERDAY. He had nothing to say. He then proceeded to put a VERY thin layer of lettuce at bottom (thatI can still see the bottom of the bowl) and then the meat on top. I had more meat than anything else. You can't expect customersto just eat meat alone! I wanted to just walk out of the store, but he already put the meat in the bowl and I didnt want towaste food, as I knew he probably would have thrown it out. My bowl and a drink costed me $18 dollars and as a result, I had togo to Walmart to spend MORE money on buy a bag of lettuce to add to it. I don't usually complain about the little things, butthis time was too much - especially when I just asked for a little more lettuce because I was allergic to the otherchoices. It's not like I asked for a lot - just a little. It was a VERY SMALL request! It's sad to say that I will NOT bereturning anymore. I've NEVER had a problem before or at ANY other location. It's a shame that as a food/restaurant owner, youcan't accommodate a small request because of people's health restrictions! You can always charge people extra (like you alreadydo for guacamole) if it's a cost inflation issue, but don't down right make it seem like the customer is lying. Read more
