Edit, I am updating my review to something that is more fitting for this place. We order here quite frequently, probably 2 or... 3 times a month. This is one of my favorite places to get quick food. Food is consistently good and for the most part thequality of care is fantastic. Also affordable, there has been a price increase as with most food places however the quality hasnot changed. I had one issue recently that was quickly rectified by the manager and has no lasting effects on our businesshere. They are kind of hidden currently on Shorncliff, it makes them a bit harder to find but it's definitely worth thetrip. Especially for their Tuesday and Wednesday family specials. In the winter I suggest the soup for sure. I usually have myhusband pick up soup once a week in the winter from here. same price as the local chicken chain, but I assure you it's fresh andnot from a frozen block or powder mix. Read more
Different concept for takeout then usual. No actual store front. Pretty neat concept because many restaurants were under one... with their own kitchen. As far as food go?the food was subpar. The fish was in a plastic container which caused so muchcondensation it became soggy. The potatoes were a little mushy. In my own opinion it did not taste much like Portuguese Chickenor the sides. I got take out, the young girl that served me was very friendly and helpful. The food is good, not crave-able but it?s still... good. I would probably ask for more sauce next time, it ties everything together nicely. Read more
A few bites in right now and the chicken is fantastic! It's moist, spicy and flavourful. I ordered the quarter breast with rice... and potatoes and every element of the meal was excellent! It hits the spot and I would definitely go there again. I'm glad Itried it. Read more
Amazing food, great neighborhood spot to hang out, thanks Kyle ???? What is even even better is the new store that opened up... next door - Reserved High Life. Best prices and friendliest staff in town. They even gave me a free cool T-shirt for stoppingaway. The Staff know their stuff, lab tested, verified, government regulated product. BPC never disappoints. Fresh fast and delicious. I've had Portuguese chicken throughout Toronto and this is by far one of my... favourites. Their piri piri sauce is phenomenal and worth buying a bottle. Read more
Really delicious, tasty, portuguese fast-food at fair prices! Great spot to feed your whole family or just yourself. The chicken... is just what you expect - roasted portuguese chicken to perfection. Terrible quality and incorrect order. I do not recommend ordering the soup and sandwich combo through uber. The sandwich meat... had bones it is, they did not send me the correct soup and the sandwich was wet and could not be eaten. I use to order fromhere regularly but not anymore. Sadly, uber only refunds 3 dollars to accounts but this whole order was 50 dollars. Terriblydisappointed Read more
