Good breakfast, though service can be spotty even when empty. Odd that they didn't have kids high chairs. Good fish and chips,... nice freshly battered. Needs to cut a corner out of the takeout container. Fries could be crispy. Read more

Apps were not great. The mains were okay. Expected more from a gastropub. Service and drinks was great though.
I have been to Bramble several times and highly recommend it. The quality was unpredictable in the pandemic and I dont think... take out was successful, but eating in since has been great. One thing they should tell you on the website is that although theyare open until midnight, they become simply a pub, not a gastropub after 9 pm. The kitchen closes early. Read more

Called mid afternoon Sat to make a reservation - was told only 830 or 530 so took 530. Place was empty, still very few people by... 630, slightly busier by 7, full by 830 when we left. Ordered the lamb. Plate and food was stone cold. Told staff & sent it backfor warming, came back on a new cold plate with lamb slightly warm and veges still cold. Too bad as would have been lovely HOT.Not worth it for the price. In response to the owner - To be clear - I asked for a reservation at 630. How many times do youhave to send a dinner back before it's HOT? By the second time my friends were half way through theirs and I was hungry so justate it. Of course we stayed after dinner - it was already done and we were catching up. I didn't say it was terrible - but it(specifically the cold food) was disappointing. All the best! Read more
