Absolutely worse fast food service and food. Haven't been here in a while, thought I would check them out. it was 12am when I... arrived. I was told the POS system is restarting, come back in 5 to 10 minutes, I was ok with that. came back in 10 mins to betold its cash only. Why didn't you say something instead of letting me wait 10 minutes without cash. So went to get cash. Had torepeat my order 4 times as it seems the microphone speaker is not working properly OR they just like the way my voice sounds.When I get my order its a hot mess, sauce all over the wrapper of the sandwich. Sandwich was cold. Poutine was COLD. I dont meanstale, I'm used to stale. I mean fries were cold, gravy cold, and cheese was frozenly cold. Also no straw given. HORRIBLE! The lettuce in my chicken sandwich was brown, fries and onion rings were so cold. I called three times and not a... single person answered. Drove all the way back, only for a terrible service. Employee (seemed south Asian, bald, works drivethru) did not even apologize and gave attitude. NEVER COMING BACK! wasted my time and my money. Hey what can I say, it's a fast food place that has been around like forever lol...the food is good, the service is fast, & if... you like burgers ???? then it's a good place to eat. They have many various other items on their menu as well so it's not just aBugers & fries type of place. Read more
