Never been here for dine-in as we usually get takeout, but the dine-in experience is a gamechanger! Why, you ask? The food... tastes just as good and the staff is very friendly as well. Nothing beats eating hot food soon as it's served. The menu isextensive and has quite a lot of options to choose from. It's also nice to see that there is an option for chicken offered. Theportions are also very generous and can easily be shared with one more person or more (depending on how much you eat). Thecowboy sandwich (as recommended by our server) was very filling and delicious. I also enjoyed the k-pop fries a lot (the kimchiwasn't too spicy and worked so well). Lastly, the highlight had to be the smoked triple A beef back ribs. They were so wellflavored, tasty and the meat was tender. It melts in your mouth and was so soft/easy to cut. What a unique take on BBQ, with Asian fusion on the menu! They don't over do it that masks the true BBQ-ness, but instead, they... complement it! The Cowboy burger has so many textures and its so juicy! The ribs are just perfection, the perfect amount ofsauce with loads of meat! The jerk fries, and their fries in general are amazing! This restaurant scored high points in every area. It's not a very large restaurant, but we easily got a table on a Sunday... afternoon. Where can you get halal beef ribs around here in Mississauga??? Not many option for sure! Let alone good ones. They're... countable. I gotta say that this would be my go to when craving for ribs. They use a very unique seasoning and sauce that's nottoo sweet like most BBQ place. The normal order comes with rice but I opted for coleslaw. The pickled onions and carrot thatare served with it cuts the fattiness texture and aftertaste. And that's why I was able to take em all down! The texture isanother thing with these ribs. They fall off the bones. Lastly, very friendly, all smile, and accommodating staff through thephone letting me come, then order and dine in right before the closing time. Phenomenal food! ?The best brisket I?ve ever tasted?said several customers (including me) to the chef. This location of... Chainsmoker has reopened under new ownership. The decor has a rustic yet cozy feel. 5 tables seat up to 24 people in the entirespace. They have a wheelchair accessible washroom, complete with a bidet type hose. We ordered the AAA beef brisket ($24) butthey were sold out by 7:30pm on the Saturday of a long weekend. We were able to score a taste of said brisket and I can totallysee why it was sold out. It?s everything I look for in brisket- flavourful, smoky without being overpowering, and oh so juicy!Thankfully chef Mark was able to churn out another brisket, so we ordered that for takeout. We enjoyed the beef short rib ($22)with a side Caesar salad at the restaurant. You can tell that a lot of care and attention are placed in every detail of themeal, including the fresh pickled cucumbers and the coleslaw with fresh dill and herbs in it. The Caesar salad topped with friedwonton crisps and shaved Parmesan was the perfect lighter complement to the short rib. The short rib was generously portioned,tender and not too fatty and was served with a delicious smoky sweet barbecue sauce.
