My husband and I love bubble tea especially chatime. We been to many chatime locations before but this one is the worst. I... ordered a milk tea with oat milk and my husband ordered a regulsr earl grey tea with milk. HIS ORDER WAS SO WATERED DOWN IT ITHAD NO TASTE AT ALL. His earl grey tasted like water and ice. This is our second time coming here and we wont be coming back.They alway have nothing in stock or they are super cheap and dont use ingredients such as earl grey team. Wont be visitng thislocation again. I could of made water and ice at my house and saved $14 Read more
Great spot, nice atmosphere and prices are good. They have excellent customization options for people new to bubble tea I would... suggest the jelly and juice drinks. I've found that getting 50% sugar and less Ice is a safe choice for first visits. Read more

My go to chatime spot cuz it?s so close by and it?s well kept. It?s new, small and cute. I often get the brown sugar roasted... milk tea if I?m feeling dairy and peach slush if not. Definitely recommend this spot if you?re close by. It has some seatingavailable too. Read more
This location is so cute and so clean. I?d definitely come back again. My go to at chatime is the thai milk tea with pearls.
This is a new Etobicoke location which was much needed. They still have kinks to work out (my first 2 visits the drink orders... were wrong-- but the location was swamped both times so I assumed they were overwhelmed). It can get busy with 15+ minute waits(especially if they have a lot of food delivery orders which seems to happen a lot). I recommend getting the app and orderingahead especially because it is small location and gets crowded. The app is also great for collecting rewards and earning freedrinks. ** I have noticed a lot of reviews commenting on the brown sugar pearls-- I have ordered this many times at Yonge andFinch location and never had issue but when I ordered it at at this new location it was really bad.. tasted awful and I had toreturn it.** because there are more than 5 posts saying this I really think the staff should look into this issue** Read more

This chatime really sucks.. I was really excited that there was finally a location in the neighborhood but they?re really not... that great. The hours are until 9 PM but any time I?ve been in around 8:30 or so, they don?t have tapioca or they make commentsasking you to come earlier because it?s closing time. It?s either that they don?t have tapioca, a certain tea, or they?ll serveyou but tell you to come early next time. I?ve gone in at least 3-4 times around that time and each time, this same thing hashappened. If your wrap up time is before 8:30 then the hours should be updated accordingly. Read more
