I am not sure what happened with the quality of the food here.I ordered Biryani here in 2021 and it was amazing. The way it was... cooked - it was juicy,spicy,having perfect blend of everything. It was just blowing me away, Now, I don't know whether it is theattitude of the staff or something changed. I ordered Chicken 65 and Dal tadka. The chicken is not even chicken 65: its some weird concoction of spices they put together,... for $17!! Broad daylight robbery. The dal is the worst i've ever eaten. Simply added uncooked spices on top to make it mediumspicy, completely bland and completely burnt my pallate. Infact i'm pretty sure it was stale. This is a cute little gem on the Kingsway. Dined in and both service and food was excellent. Lamb Rogan Josh was perfectly... seasoned and balanced, rich and savory. The Mutter Paneer was a perfect balance of savory, creamy, spicy and sweet. Servingswere very generous, plenty of tender lamb in the Rogan Josh. We will be back! Read more
