After so many years coming to this location I have never once had a bad experience. Even in a deep line, staff keep it moving... and are total machines. Went there twice and both the times the flavours in the blizzard were too less. The coffee blizzard felt like vanilla ice cream.

I usually frequent this branch when I crave for Dairy Queen, my experience today was really sub par. I ordered the Triple... brownie fudge and honestly could not eat the brownie. It was dry and I couldn't cut through it with my spoon. Highlydisappointing. The two stars are for the previous good experience and the courteous service. Read more

The last two times I've gotten a blizzard from this location, I've been disappointed... I think their machine does not keep the... ice cream as cold as it used to (or as cold as I'm used to from other locations). The reason why I'm writing this review is notbecause of the flavour, but because I was really annoyed at my last visit. I saw the cashier handling a bunch of cash and coinsfrom the customer before us and then he didn't change his plastic gloves afterwards before grabbing our blizzard cups and makingour treats. Since we're in a global pandemic and everyone is trying to be very careful, I think that all businesses should takethe Subway approach, of changing plastic gloves anytime they deal with a new customer OR anytime cash is handled OR DQ can justdo a better job of keeping the store workers separate: ie, one person handles all the cash/card transactions, and one personkeeps their hands/gloves cleaner and only makes the treats so the cups don't possibly become contaminated. That being said, Iwould recommend the choco brownie blizzard. It's rich but sure hits the spot! Read more
