Worst experience I?ve ever had. Pizza said it was delivered - never showed up. Called them to ask where it was and they didn?t... explain anything; just said another one would be there in 10 mins. Ordered another pizza, chicken and bread for pickup - orderwasn?t ready until 10 minutes after scheduled time. I was charged once and then while waiting for my order, asked to pay AGAINby another employee - when I told them I already paid they said they couldn?t remember and I had to argue with them. My orderhad been sitting under the heat lamps so I waited 10 mins for no reason while they told me it was ?heating up?. All threeemployees were sitting on their phones and had NO IDEA what should?ve been in my order and were extremely disorganized andunprofessional. Will not be coming to this location again. Read more

Waited for my order that was ready when I walked in only to have someone walk in 5 minutes behind me and get served first. Pizza... was trash on top of it. Terrible customer service and poor quality control on pizza. Place is a joke. Read more
THIS STORE LIES TO CUSTOMERS INTENTIONALLY!!!! Placed a order through the app, had said it was delivered when no driver had ever... show up. Called the store only to be told to wait a few more minutes for the driver. Waited another 20 minutes before callingback. The team member who answered, told me that the driver had left 15 minutes ago. Was given a excuse that they had to DECEIVEand LIE to their customers because they had to punch it in their system. Instead of owning up to being late and not evenapologizing about it, only offered excuses. Approach with caution. Food was lukewarm and had to be reheated. Read more
Over an hour for one cold pizza when the e-mail confirmation and tracking website said 35 minutes tops! Called to check on... pizza delivery, could not understand most of the conversation, but what I did understand was zero customer service and you?llget it when you get it! The pizza is always delicious and arrives accurately and on time. My only issue is with one of your delivery drivers. On more... than one occasion he has ignored my delivery notes to leave my food at the door, and instead waits for me to open it and thenhassles me about a tip. I always pay (and tip!) online, but this repeated, uncomfortable interaction makes me want to stopordering from here permanently :( Read more
