Smallest portions of any Freshii I've been too.... Very cheap on using dressings so you have to buy extra....and when you try to... buy extra, like I have a few times...they never seem to have the proper lids for the container. So they say they will put extraon the salad....but never tastes that way, yet I'm still charged for it. And when asking for a large soup...they usually onlyhave enough for a small..... and when this happens, they should at least tell the customer for an extra $1.50, they can get apocket with it. I asked the guy, after I ordered if the soup size was the same if I ordered the combo with the pocket....buthe shook his head No...so i thought it would have been smaller....only to find out afterwards, it is the same sizecontainer......he just didn't feel like changing the order, and helping a customer out.....or being truthful. I would say must go to this place. Employees were very kind and food was awesome.Everything was available and quick too. It was... great experience. The ambience is very charming and welcoming. I continuously have trouble with this location of freshi and would advise if there's alternate for you to take it. My most... recent encounter - I ordered online. Arrived at the store to see a hand drawn sign saying "sorry we're closed". Turns outtheir HVAC system doesn't work The salad I ordered was not available until the next day. I called, I emailed and I wentthrough the ap. Jasmin, their manager, called and blamed their headoffice for the error and couldn't explain why she didn'tread her email. She spent more time blaming other factors and then said she had good news - that i wouldn't have to pay for thesalad I didn't get, and I could have a free one too. Subsequently I discovered they are one of those locations that have a $3an hour employee from a developing nation at the counter on a zoom call taking your order. If worker protection is important toyou, this may be another reason to avoid this location. So get your salad fix ANYWHERE but here. Try the Metro with theirprepacks only 50 steps away. Less expensive, as fresh, and you'll get it from a person making a living wage. Read more
This is by far the BEST Freshii I've been to in Toronto or Mississauga. The freshest ingredients, largest portions, and the... staff are incredibly friendly. This is definitely my go-to Freshii no matter where I am in the city. Read more
