I?m a very regular Harvey customer, have been eating Harvey?s since the year 2000, I ordered my favourite 2 regular angus... burgers with cheese and all toppings. The Somalian lady at the drive through said it?s going to take 8 minutes park on the side.I just parked for about 1 minute or less and she came out with the burgers and said something I did not even understand and justgrabbed my burgers and left. I parked back next to Swiss chalet and took a bite the burger were super cold, they gave me burgersthat had already been made or from a canceled order or something. Went back to explain and the lady was rude with attitude.Unpleasant experience. They are remaking my order now. Read more
This is the WORST HARVEY'S we have ever dined in. Food, cleanliness, and customer care are extremely poor. They "knowingly"... serve spoiled food (spoiled vegetables, salad...), which "harms health." You can see that the management has been ignoring thecustomer's honest reviews for more than a year. (Please read other reviews.) Disgusting, that's how I describe this place. The attitude , the customer service they need a full training on how to greet and... speak to customers. Stop rushing customers or you wouldn't get half your orders wrong head office need to hire new staff ! Read more
My Wife went in for lunch, she waited behind the only other customer in line and was ignored while Uber eats and skip the... dishes just stepped in front of her and were dealt with. I get it they have pick up times but don?t ignore customers who comein Person. She waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Prices are higher in this location than they are in others. Had to grab something after a long flight and having to still drive 2 hours to get home, Harvey's was a great choice. No wait... through the drive thru, no wait for our meals and everything warm and good. Will be our go to after coming home from airport. Read more
