Honestly some of the worst service. It takes forever to get noticed at the counter. I once Waited over 15mins to ask for a... packet of ketchup. And an other time waiting 10min for a coffee. Each of these times I've either been the only one or one of 3people waiting Lots of standing around even by management. Lots of people not wearing proper uniform or hair nets. Read more
I'm completely disappointed and baffled at how this restaurant seems to not care about customer satisfaction and ROBS people. I... made a late night order from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and picked a Quarter Pounder combo meal. When I received thisorder I was ENRAGED because my burger was not only cold and disgusting but it BARELY had any toppings. This combo costs about 17dollars or so and what I received was not even worth 2 dollars. PLEASE MCDONALDS, GET YOUR S* TOGETHER. It?s very unfortunate. Years ago this place was amazing, now the employees barely speak English. I was here yesterday October... 8th 2022 at 11:30pm. Massive line up, I thought to myself wow it?s going to be fresh. Amazing? I was here for 30min,literally waiting at the window when finally the last car ahead of me pulled away. Yet silence, (I?m a very patient person)?. Icontinue to wait, then politely say hello, multiple times. Nothing, then finally a girl saying ?yeah? The food was terrible,the service was so unbelievably terrible. Seems that all these places are now ruined with people who don?t care along with oneswho barely understand English and customer service. Worst part is the food was old along with the fries. This place doesn't even deserve 1star. This is the second time giving me burnt bagels. I'm sure they saw that it is burnt on... both sides but didn't care to change it. What kind of customer service is this? Why does nobody care to take action about it? Ifserving bagels are too much for the company at this location maybe they should consider shutting it down. This isunacceptable... I passed it the first time as an honest mistake but the second time... it was intentional. McDonald's needs totrain its employee before putting them on the floor. Ordered a regular size Mc flurry through drive thru just now only to find out its not even served the size it should be. I order... Mc Flurry all the time and it's always full to the brim. Went inside to complain and the staff said that's the right serving. Awhile ago, went to the same location to order harbenero chicken burger. Drove off with my order and later found out there is nochicken patty in the burger. Just bun, sause and lettuce. Never coming back here again. Worst Mc Donald. ???? Read more
Arrived here at 9:48pm and the restaurant doors were locked when the sign says the restaurant closes at 10:00pm, so we went... through drive through instead. I asked for 2 separate orders (main reason why we tried to go inside cause there was 3 of us).The girl taking our order over dramatically sighed upon asking for 2 separate orders, it was literally 1 combo for one order and2 combos for the other.. We get home and the happy meal combo had only fries and yogurt in the box, no nuggets?and the fries inall the combos were cold (it was a 2 min drive here so they should have still been fresh). Clearly need to hire some new staffthat aren?t lazy and at least act like they enjoy their job. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. Not only did they make us wait at the drive thru microphone for more than five minutes before... allowing us to place an order, we came home to find NO PATTY IN THE BURGER. How. Either they are grossly incompetent or arepurposely swindling their customers since looking back at the reviews from this store, it appears that ours is not the onlyexperience where they left out the patty or left out entire items from an order.
