Amazing hidden gem. We were in the plaza across the street and the only options for food were South St. Burger, Subway and... Napolitan Brick Oven Pizza. We are so glad we went for pizza. The best pizza I've had in Ontario. Thin crispy crust with freshingredients you can taste the freshness of the tomato sauce. The owner was exceptionally friendly, offered us expresso while wewait, drinks and served us our pizza right at our car. He was even thoughtful enough to provide our toddler a juicebox and cutthe pizza into smaller slices. He was friendly, sincere, kind and the pizza was amazing. I've lived in the area over 4 years but this is the first time I bought pizza here. The boss was so kind and friendly, he came... out to pass me pizza, asking me to go home and pay later. Moved the the area a year ago and finally got around to trying Napolitan?s. Went with the large house special because that seems... to be winning the popularity contest and it was great! Ingredients tasted really fresh, pizza wasn?t greasy, and thin crust heldits shape. Bonus was the customer service! Super nice and easy to talk to, insisted on some fun drinks to try, and offered torecommend businesses in the area we may need (mechanic, handyman etc). Looking forward to trying all the pizzas! Short story: QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY PIZZA, SIMPLY PHENOMENAL. JUST TRY IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET. Long story: Heard about this... place from a friend and was in the area so decided to drop by. They only do takeout / curb side pick up (or in our case curbside delivery right to your car) You call their number and place an order, while we waited for our pizza in the oven, we got tomeet the owner Michael who also brought out some espresso and chocolate, thanks lots again for that! Wonderful service and justa pleasant experience chatting it up with Mike. He returned with our pizza, we probably didn?t wait longer than 15 mins. Pizzajust looks awesome, pic included, and first bite blew our minds, unlike anything we?ve had before in the best way possible, solight, and feels like quality ingredients. We couldn?t devour it fast enough. The best part about the experience wasafterwards, I still felt like I can easily go on with my day whereas with other pizza places you can expect to look for a couchafter eating a pie. I can easily have this for lunch and return to work and finish off my day without feeling that mid dayfatigue after lunch. The pizza tasted great. There was no doubt the owner prided himself on quality. Crust: 10/10 - Thin and crispy without tasting... burnt Dough: 10/10 Thin... Oh it very thing. Cookness: 10/10 it was cooked to perfection, the char on the bottom was???? Flavor: The pepperoni was alittle strong for me and I personally like my sauce on the sweeter side. Amazing pizza place! What a gem. The pizza is just delicious. The ingredients are so fresh and the crust is perfect. The owner... is the nicest person in the world and both of us love him. He is very kind and humorous, and we can see his passion of makingreal pizza and bring join to people!!!! The pizza was good, fresh ingredients and it was still hot by the time we got home. There?s no done in, only take out. You can... only order over the phone , but the guy that was taking our order was very nice & their customer service is beyond amazing.
