Pizza arrived with something spilled on the box. Opened to box to eat and the pizza looked like it was thrown around and slices... were on top of each other. I preferred it well done and it was soggy and wet feeling. Not impressed and tasted horrible. Icalled customer service and all they could offer me was a 5$ store credit. Not the kind of customer service you?d expect from aseemingly good pizza company. I told them I don?t want a 5$ store credit they can keep it. This is my go to Pizza Nova in Toronto. Consistently good pizza. Always cooked perfectly and the service is great. Certain... pizza's have a reheat value (pizza's that can be reheated a day after). Pizza Nova is one of the best amongst big pizzafranchises. This place is top notch. Read more

I have never seen such an extremely cheap pizza store in my life!!!! Worst experience ever!!!! So, I heard some good reviews... online about this place. Thought I'd check it out. It all went fine at the beginning. But went down hill when I ordered thefamily deal and the guy would not give it to me for the right price. He told me to get the pop and cookies I had to pay extra 10dollars? What?? That not what the sign said outside. So we tryed to fight. Nothing. So we took our stuff and left. Calledcustamer service. And all they could give to us was what we payed for. No extra stuff for the truble. And when we finally openour food to eat. The ad says a lbs of wedgies...as you can see in the photo...that not a lbs...they stuffed it with ketchuppacks instead. So id never go back! Why waste my money?
