Ordered a pizza from here a few days ago. They were all out of a certain menu item and and told me that when I returned to pick... it up. The clerk pulled the pizza from the top of the stove where it was warming and then proceeded to take his time and arguewith me about the refund amount of the item plus tax that they were out of. After several minutes of back and forth he finallysaid, "okay fine. I will give you the HST back". No apologies were given. I live a short distance away and by the time I gothome my pizza was cold and it was not a flat crust as per the request. I called in to their order line and was assured that itwould not happen again but was not asked for any information. It was a walk in order but from problems before I was told tocall their order line. I spoke to a guy today at their head office that tried to offer me a $10 credit. I was totally disgustedas my order exceeded their offer, being told that was all they could give me. This location was the one we always use but afterthis experience, we will be going elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Get the feeling the owner just doesn't care. ordered from too good to go and when we got there they ... they have nothing. Didn't apologize other then an insincere "sorry" for the inconvenience.Just explained that the owner onlygives out slices from the night before and that he doesn't update the app to let people know that there isn't anythingavailable. bet the stuffs super stale Read more

This location has gone downhill. Customer service doesn?t exist with the employees at this location. Ordered for takeout and... the woman who took my order was decently friendly. I did ask to add funnel cake strips to my order but was informed they don?thave them, despite it showing on their in-store menu. However that wasn?t the problem, the problem was the attitude of thewoman who handed me my item. I stepped outside while my order was being made and upon return another female went to get myorder. When I came back in the store and walked to the counter, made eye contact with me, took her sweet time walking over but Ismiled and said ?hi?. No words were exchanged at all. She simply went over to the oven and retrieved a box off the top andbrought it to the counter. She checked the receipt and saw I paid for a dipping sauce so she went to the fridge, got it andbrought it back to the box. Pushed the 2 items towards me and turned to walk away. No ?thank you? or ?enjoy? or ?have a greatevening ?. I?m not one to pull the ?customer? card but honestly what has happened to retail staff?!? She acted as if I was aninconvenience. I?m a paying customer, small talk isn?t a necessity but common courtesy is. Very disappointed because I used tolove this location. They need an attitude adjustment and a refresher on hospitality. No wonder it?s always devoid of customerswhen it used to be packed under different management. Read more
WORST PIZZA PIZZA! I got 20 piece chicken wings and 2 half Moon pizzas. TELL ME WHYY The chicken wings still had the feathers... on?!?!? YESS THEYRE WERE FEATHERS ON THE CHICKEN! I also asked for tossed barbeque but they just ended up pouring the barbequeon and not even tossing it. Read more
Ordered cheese pizza today from this location, around 4:00pm. Unfortunately they ran out of pepperoni so we only got cheese... pizza. We bought two large slices. Look at the plastic that is hidden within the crust!! It is blue and looks like a cut offpiece of a glove. Absolutely disgusted. Make sure to watch every bite and check for ingredients that aren?t supposed to bethere. Read more
Fresh and good quality pizza. I ordered a slice of Canadian pizza on my first visit and it was delicious. When I ordered the... same pizza at the nearby Kipling branch, it was not fresh and lack of ingredients. I just returned to this store and ordered athick Canadian pizza with olive oil, herbs and chilli flakes. It tastes amazing. I will always choose this store over Kipling &Dixon store. Read more
