Fantastic pizzas here. This is one we had last and it was wonderfully prepared.
We often order from Pizzaville but we learned very quickly NOT to walk-in to the Kipling and Rexdale location to place an order.... I don?t even know where to start. On numerous occasions they messed up our order; either from being two hours late for ourdaughter?s birthday party and not even compensate us for that fact that we had close to 50 guests waiting or when we placed anorder then went back to pick it up, only to notice that they didn?t even make half the order-especially when I personally sawthem write it down right in front of me. Then the lady that works there jumps in with an attitude to justify THEIR mistake. Itwas also hard for me to believe that a store can pick and choose when to follow their franchise deals. Usually when we order aparticular pizza meal we get two free pops with the order, but the last time I ordered the exact same thing, the person behindthe counter refused to add the drinks because he claimed that in order for us to get that deal we have to place the order at thecall centre. It Made absolutely no sense to me, we literally placed the same order and paid the exact same price. This locationdoes not have proper customer service whatsoever and very boldly make the customer feel like they are doing them a favour, eventhough they messed up on the order. We will no longer be going back to give that location our business and when we do order fromthe call center, we will ensure that it does not come from that specific store. Read more
Truly awful service. I didn't have the phone number of my hotel ready when placing my order, so they hung up on me. I'll never... order from here again. They don't deserve your money. Impatient, rude, and uncaring customer service. The food was mid at best.This place has literally nothing going for it. Save your money and eat cardboard instead. That will leave a better taste in yourmouth than dealing with their employees. Read more
Ordered delivery tonight. The whole experience was worth the 5 stars. The guy who took my order was quick and polite. The... delivery driver was making my son laugh while we were exchanging the money for the pizza. And the pizza was top notch. Weordered a party size pepperoni, bacon, green pepper, and mushroom. Every bite was packed with cheese and toppings. It was cookedto perfection. We will definitely be ordering again soon! Read more
SCAM location DO NOT order from here. I ordered 2x creamy garlic dipping sauce with my pizza and the delivery told me there was... no dipping sauce because the location ran out. When I called customer service they told me the delivery driver made a mistakeand that he would come back to deliver the sauce. Dude hasnt come back and I dont think he will.. IF YOU DIDNT HAVE THE DIPPINGSAUCE, WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME OR EVEN PUT ANOTHER FLAVOUR???????????????? NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM REXDALE LOCATION. PizzavilleFranchise is a SCAM.. Their party pizza that I order for my workplace on a monthly basis tastes great. So I thought I'd give it try from home. Ordered... online for pickup at the same location in the evening. There were roughly four staff members behind the counter and none seemedto want to service us. They were pretty unwelcoming. We told them we're here for pickup, a man brought our food, put it on thecounter, we paid and he left without letting us know that everything was there; very minimal communication... No receipt as wellso we had to call the man back to confirm. The pizza didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste but it looked good. Thewings are small compared to their competitors as well. Overall, just okay. If it wasn't for the decent experiences I have withthem at my workplace, I probably would've gave a lower rating. Read more
After a round of shopping I was hungry so I went into PizzaVille. My pizza was yummy the service was great and we had a good... giggle the cashier and I because a bunch of teens where leaving and making sure a ruckus that we couldn't hear each otherlol We patiently waited for the noise to stop and managed to hear each other, she was so nice and came to wipdown mytable.
