Rip n Chicken is back! If you have a look at my pictures, it looks like a box of fries. I thought I got ripped off, they hided... the chicken on the bottom of the box. LOL. Very good, but a little bit spicy! The staff was very friendly and Nice, they made mychicken fresh. It will take about 6-7 minutes, but well worth it. The worst place I have ever been to. The manager doesn?t have any customer service. They are very reluctant to take the order... after 9 pm. I got my order wrong but instead of apologizing and replacing it the Manager argued with me. Read more

Good food, good staff, sometimes they don't have all the things but overall really good!

I ordered through the Popeyes App and when I arrived, the workers said the restaurant was closed. I didn't have any issues... making the order, the App said it was open, and took my money right away. I asked the ladies for my own receipt and theywouldn't give it to me. I even asked for a simple picture of the receipt and they refused. They told me everything would be onthe app (without directions on how to contact customer service). I made a complaint and was refunded within 2 days, thankfully.Still, I don't understand why the restaurant was said to be open at all, and especially didn't get why the lady wouldn't let metake MY receipt or even a picture of it... Also, quality of food and customer service overall doesn't match that of the Popeyeson Lakeshore and Twentieth. Please don't waste your time if you can afford the drive, and definitely don't order late nightsince they won't be open anyway. Read more
