I was introduced to Porta Via many years ago from a ?foodie? colleague and it became an instant favourite. I?ve introduced many... others over the years and it?s become a favourite for them as well. The flavours are delicious and the ingredients are so freshevery time. The owner and staff are always friendly and they are super efficient. This is a lunch time gem hidden among residence-looking businesses. Good luck finding a parking spot over lunch, as this place... is packed! Often times the line up is out the door. Beat the crowds by ordering ahead for pick up, and be prepared to provide acredit card. The take out order will come in a spill proof box complete with plates, cutlery and receipt- very efficient! Honestly one of THE BEST restaurant franchises I have ever experienced. Some of the best "fast food" I have had ever! I never... ever ever order just a salad as a meal but this salad bar is stacked! First time there I tried the tuna carpaccio on a ciabatta.God damn the flavours were exploding in my mouth. The freshness! The high quality of the ingredients! And everything from thedressings to soups are made in house. A true authentic tomato purée! And great price for the value.
