It was me and my friends first time coming here! We intended to go to a different italian restaurant in the city but they were... “closed for walk ins” so we decided to go here instead. We got calamari and brushetta for our starters, the brushetta wasfresh and good and needed a tad bit more salt but it was good! The bread was fresh and nice. The calamari was nice and hot !Abit of the softer side and a little salty. The pasta we got was the alfredo pasta with mushrooms and chicken but we substitutedthe chicken for shrimp! The pasta was al dente so fresh and nice! The sauce was good, could have used abit more seasoning but itwas so fresh and hot ! The food took like half an hour to come to our table , but it was busy! The server was really nice it wasa gentleman that helped us! I would definitely come back to this place and try other things on the menu! But this place isdefinitely a good italian place for outside of the city. Definitely worth a try????? Read more

Came here with my boyfriend on a Wednesday night. Live music, good drinks and food. Ordered calamari, one of the specials and... gnocchi. Service was what you get when you pay top dollar without having to shell out $$$. Good atmosphere, glad I decided torevisit after a pleasant lunch I had here years ago. Read more

The restaurant is in a bit of a run down area so it lost a point for that. The service was very slow and the greeter at the... door seemed to be confused as to where to seat people with and without reservations. Off to a bad start waiting 10minuteswithout anyone approaching our table and it was not overly busy. Once settled they made up for it with the perfectly cookedfood. The calamari starter was fresh and tender. My shrimps were delicious and so was the pasta sauce. Everyone loved thefood. Will I go back yes. Would have been a 5 star if not for the rough start and the coffee being served 10 minutes beforethe desert. Read more

If you like tasty Italian food this place might be for you! The food and the service is excellent. A nice environment to be in... and there is a patio if you swing that way. Reasonable price for high quality. If you are in the hood check it out! Read more

Went here for summerlicious lunch right at 12pm when they opened and there were 4 other tables inside being serviced along with... 5-7 tables out on their patio. The service was great! The starters were fantastic as the calamari was seasoned very well and thecarpaccio was great too although quite a lot of oil. The main courses we had were not as great as the starters, as I felt therewas no real taste to mine and I added a lot of salt to it to give it some taste. My partner's one was okay as well but neitherwere something we would order again. The desserts were great but as both were very sweet coffee was needed with them which costan extra $3.95 each. We were seated under the air conditioner inside and the table we had was wobbly which I did not like andfeel they should have fixed. Overall: I would recommend this place as their calamari was really great and carpaccio was verygood as well. Service was excellent considering they were kind of busy and I really appreciated the sever refilling our waterwithout us asking. We would return to try a different main course and dessert. We really enjoy finding new places to eat. Wondering where we would spend our wedding anniversary, we finally decided to try... this restaurant as it shares the same name (no relation) to a restaurant we went to in 2019 in Calgary Alberta. As we enteredwe noticed the warm ambiance which made a great immediate impression. Walking through the restaurant I noticed healthy portions on the tables and this excited me...lol The oyster and fried calamari apps were yummy, followed by our main dishes. Amushroom risotto and linguine pescatore covered in seafood...words cannot express the flavour! We finished off withcappuccino's and a filling Tiramisu. Definitely a return date with friends is in order. Thank you Pulcinella! Read more
