The lost star is for 3 things. * No accessible walkway from sidewalk, people... with disabilities are forced to use driveway (that is very busy & shared with 2 other businesses.) * 1 of the 2Accessible/gender neutral, washrooms, is being used as a storage room. * No raised up, designated wheelchair accessible table. This is a fair size Starbucks right on Queensway next to Money Mart and the Dairy Queen. The location is modern with lots of big... windows, quite a bit of seating space, and about 5 modern sparkling clean washrooms. This Starbucks gets very crowded at times,be prepared to hunt for a comfy place to sit and sip your ??. Even though the store is busy there are no line ups at thecounter. Drive through is also fast and efficient. Staff is not super friendly (unlike some other locations) but this is a verybusy store... There are tables and chairs outside that are nice to sit at in the summertime. Music inside this Starbucks is abit loud (for my taste) but it drowns the patron's conversations. There are lots of free parking spots in the plaza.Handicapped parking spots are near the entrance. Entrance to this store, the store itself, and most washrooms are wheelchairaccessible.
