Owners of this location should know they are losing sales because the workers refuse to take orders when its 10-15 min to... closing. Their idea of closed at 6 means - go home at 6 - not take orders until 6 and close up after. Read more
Asked for sugar-free cinnamon dolce; they said they don't have it. Asked for the blonde espresso; they said they only have... regular. I do realize it?s a smaller kiosk so I don't imagine that they have everything, however it seems as if they have newpeople frequently, and the people that are there even for a long time develop an attitude and are apathetic. They are certainlynot warm like I expect from Starbucks. It's not a pleasant experience and I only go there for emergencies now. I never give poor reviews, but this place is atrocious. It takes 10 minutes to pour a single black coffee. There are always long... lines and the staff is always confused. Avoid this place. Read more
I waited over 10 minutes for the staff to make a simple strawberry and cream frap (3 ingredients into t The blender). I had 1... person in front of me. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told they were very busy? which I witnessed none of. Justthe staff taking their time and stopping to talk to eachother. The two people who ordered after me got their drinks before me.No online orders or preorders come through this location. ?Very busy? was a total excuse to waste my time. Never returning. Notto mention I wasn?t asked if I collect points or anything. If you consider 3 orders to be ?very busy? then new staff needs to behired.
