Someone at the 11 Westmore Drive Location in Etobicoke is making fraudulent purchases and most likely cashing out at the end of... the night and pocketing the money. I live 6 hours away from this location and I have never once stepped foot into thisparticular establishment or any establishment for that matter in Etobicoke. Over the weekend my card was charged a total of 11times for orders at this location. I tried contacting this location to find out what the hell was going on and 2 days later Iwas finally able to reach someone and he played dumb with me and had ZERO interest in what I had to say. I asked to speak with amanager and he fluffed me off and said there wasn?t one there. I had to contact my bank and freeze my account and now I have toput in a dispute to receive over $100 worth of purchases that were fraudulent. I would definitely be careful attending thisparticular location as EVERY SINGLE fraudulent purchases was traced back to this location. Read more

I wish I could give 0 stars.Horrible horrible customer service by the Rep name Andy. Firstly, he did not follow a single... instructions that I told him to for the food that I was going to pay. Secondly , he handled the sandwish terrible and did noteven put the toppings properly.
