I?m a regular customer. I walked in at 9:55 pm on Tuesday. The door was open and lights were on. I wanted to order a sandwich... for takeout. The employee refused to serve me saying ?I?m sorry, we are closed?. His excuse was that he closed the cash. I askedhim why do you keep the door open if you already closed the cash? The answer was ?I know?!?. I would appreciate an explanationfrom the owner about this bad experience because I do not feel welcomed anymore. Thank you Read more
Employee is good here. Eat Fresh ..Not really at this location. They use a day or two old breads and will serve you that instead... discarding them same day at close time. Last few trips wasted my money on lunch as bread was so rock hard to chew even withouttoasting it. I ended up throwing sub in garbage and had to buy McDonald?s food next door. Read more
For whatever reason, everytime I've been to this location there is something that's annoying or rude. Either they don't know... what they're making, they take far too long to do simple things, or the latest where the cashier freaked out after asking forpickles on the side. I paid extra for guac, and I'd like a couple pickles on the side. Not to mention, aren't the sandwichMakers called sandwich artists? My most recent curation of a subway melt had the addition of chipotle sauce, which was literallyundetectable in my sandwich. Good, but new girl (using presentation guide) needs attention to detail and presentation. Had to ask twice to spread ingredients... evenly (cheese, bacon), had to ask for enough mayo. Read more
DO NOT GO THERE!!! They handle money and DO NOT wash there hands... even after being asked, especially with what virus is going... around. They handle people?s food without washing or keeping people 6 feet away from the glass... don?t go there unless you wantto get sick or people you love sick Read more

This seems like a brand new Subway with all the bells and whistles, including the digital tv soda machine where you can choose... to add cherry to your Dr Pepper. Horrible customer service. I had my survey code for free cookies and the employee said she can?t let me have them because she... didn?t know how to punch it. I cam here last month and it was the same issue. She called the manager as well and said she hastold not to validate this code. Lol. Employees need to be trained to be able to provide better customer experience. Read more
