Advertises a chicken Caesar wrap....doesn?t have Caesar dressing and the staff don?t seem to care about it
i have been visiting this place over a year and i always get spectacular service by the staff.
I have been eating at this subway for over a year and I wanted to give special recognition to Manish & Agam, the service is... always impeccable. I have read the reviews of some other reviewers and im surprised. I always wonder if the give respectbefore expecting it. I am a Subway advocate who never really considers much else in terms of fast food. As for this particular location, avoid this... place like the plague. The customer service here is so despicable as you?re treated like your average toilet at brunch at theMandarin (though that?s true customer service keeping those floors that clean, something that is absent from this franchise?sdictionary). The two ladies in particular have an extremely unprofessional attitude and in past instances, I have been waitingoutside for two minutes and to my avail, nobody will pop out to take my order; the counter is left completely unattended! Maybetheir shame finally caught up to them and are too ashamed to present themselves professionally? Or possibly they can leavebehind or ?forget? their grouchy demeanours upon their next reappearance? I can speculate all day, but thanks to Google, I willenthusiastically walk the extra 260 metres to go to the Subway across the street if my heart were to desire it. Read more
I had lunch here on March 23rd, 2018. This location is in the upper level food court of Sherway Gardens which is a retail... shopping mall in Etobicoke. There are lots of free parking close by. The Subway is on the same side as Jimmy the Greek and TimHortons. The service was quick in preparing my Tuna sandwich and there were a lot of tables available to enjoy my food. Thereis free WiFi available at this location. Yes I would come back here at this Subway location. Read more
Waited 5 minutes before someone came and helped, I had to repeat myself at least 3 times per topping I requested. Veggies were... old and soggy, I ordered extra cheese and added bacon on a cold cut and it cost me $20 and 15 minutes of my time. Would notrecommend. Read more
