I was with a group of five people. This was my best experience at a Swiss Chalet restaurant and it was primarily due to our... waitress, Hira Z. Not only was she kind and professional, she attended to all of our needs and did so with a smile. I noticedthat she was serving several tables at the same time and yet that did not affect our service, as she moved smoothly butconfidently from table to table. So often we only vent our complaints and rarely give kudos to waitresses and waiters, and thistime I was so impressed with Hira Z. I simply had to write to you. 2nd time I have ordered in two weeks. First order they forgot my dessert, second order they forgot my 2 extra chalet sauces. I... asked the items be removed from my bill, store refused saying on my next order I will receive 10 dollars off. Like there isever going to be another order. The food is pretty standard but our sever was very friendly and efficient. Although the restaurant was packed we had our food... in 20 minutes. My only criticism of the staff is that someone who looked like a floor manager or supervisor interrupted ourserver while she was taking our orders. Read more
One of the best Swiss Chalet restaurants I?ve been to in a very long time. The portions were very generous - the ¼ chicken leg... dinner is a very decent size. We were seated without any wait at all and our waitress, Sandra A., was very attentive. There wasno waiting to order & she had our appetizers to us very quick, all piping hot. We?ll definitely be back the next time we?re inthe Dixon & Airport Rd area. Read more

Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for a takeout order while the cashier kept saying "one more minute". Got home and missing... all of the sides. Customer service won't do anything. Just incompetence at its finest I suppose. The manager should be ashamedwith this lack of service. Read more
Caesar salad was soppy and served on a desert plate. Usually a bowl every other SC. Told them we were there for a birthday. ... Everywhere else they would have comped a desert, brought it out with a candle. Nothing ! Also, one accessible parking spot andit blocks the ramp so good luck if you're in a wheelchair. Never again. Service is fine and pricing is decent, but not one portion of the meal was good in my opinion. No flavor on the rice, dry... chicken, sauce lacks identity and falls flat, and bread may as well have just been a brick on my plate. I was actually amped forsome lemon meringue pie until I had the meal and decided to pass. Read more
