I strongly recommend this place if you are on a diet. They care about you more than your family doctor. If you order a Bean... Taco, they will give more lettuce and cheese with 1mg of Bean because more than that will give you cramps. Where is the sourcream? Again, they care about your health and don't want to feed with too much fat. Diced Tomatoes, they have just planted atomato sapling. Hopefully will be ready by next summer ?? Tacos were filled with ingredients and not greasy at all. None were broken. Staff were friendly and cheerful. Brisk business.... Most clients were good. A couple did get into an argument but otherwise everyone kept to themselves. Lots of children but theywere well behaved. Read more
Was closed for almost a year. New team not effectively managed. Won't take orders / leave customers in line (eg 5 at a time) so... computers don't realize how bad it actually is. Poor guy in front of us literally waited almost 20 minutes for 2 boxes ofchicken :-( Read more
terrible experience There were not a single clean table. Not even one for 1 hour while I was there. Customers were lost , they... did not know what was going on and staff use to disappear. Food was awful, sandwiches had no flavour. They were courteousenough to take the cold chalupas back, but they forgot to give us the fresh ones, thus it took them 30 minutes to give me myfood back after reminding them three times. Because they were too indolent to open the box, there was no Taco Bell hotsauce. Poor customer service, a long wait simply because staff members chat behind the counter. I haven't been to this location in a long time and it has undergone a complete remodel. The very tired 1980s look is finally... gone and replaced with a bright, clean modern design. It is long overdue. Service was good and the food was fast, hot and tastyas one would expect. Read more
Ordered supreme fries and a crunch wrap supreme. Not sure why I decided to intentionally give myself food poisoning on a Friday... afternoon. Food wasn?t even appetizing to look at nor did it taste good. Yuck. Read more
Location is the on the Queensway, It?s Taco Bell but still a big letdown with the fries supreme being anything but supreme.... There was also the issue of them not having any change if you pay with cash and there were a few items that we ordered but thentold they aren?t unavailable. First time back since the renovations. Can you believe I waited for my order, just a combo of chicken taco, for 40MINS? And coke fountain no coke, but water. Besides... fountain machine no straw and cap, waited more than 20mins and finally fixed. Staffs look busy (walking and watching themonitor) but can?t help. No comments for food, pls see my pics. This location opened for 2/3 months I think, but still lack ofstaff training. Hope can improve soon, coz I love taco. ???? Read more
