Utterly disappointing! Ordered $10 special, chicken teriyaki meal feast. More fast than feast. total container maybe weighed 200... grams. half cup salad, half cup bland steamed rice and 2/3 cup gamey, dry chicken. And l mean Gamey!! NEVER again. So regrettednot getting 1/4 chicken meal combo from Metro for $7.50. I know most of the food here is good but extremely poor value. Evaluatethe pricing and decide is a bowl of noodles worth $14. one of my fav fast food around here. i gave it 4 out of 5 today even though i love the place because they did not provide or ask... me with soy sauce or hot sauce for takeout which i thought was in the bag. The food quality is good, it was warm when i broughtit home and i will be back. fyi a little on the expensive side but cheap food is not good. Read more

Food is generally reasonable from here. However this review is concerning the service. Posted closing time at the store and... online was 7pm. Turned up at approximately 6:40 to staff and manager hastily locking the door and leaving. I asked the staffwhat the closing time was (knowing the answer) just to be told "whenever the manager wants" maybe going forward if that is yourpolicy don't publicly post an opening and closing time. Guesstimating is more fun sometimes anyway. Wouldn't recommend showingup here anywhere close to the opening or closing times. Read more

If I'm paying $20 for a pad Thai combo, it should be amazing. Cook didn't ask me spice level and just cooked my food. No... condiments like peanuts, limes and hot sauces available. This was a bad experience. Can't believe this poorly cooked dish was$20. Read more

I ordered chicken dumplings, 2x pad Thai and spring rolls. The dumplings were tiny. The pad Thai smelled strongly of propane or... whatever they use to cook it with. It was inedible. The spring rolls had too much inside so the wrapping broke off and youcouldn?t eat it without putting it on a plate and eating with knife and fork. Also, I?m pretty sure the peanut sauce wasexpired.
