I had the chicken tandoori, delicious. Pie crust was very flaky. Also tried their mango cheesecake so good.
Great deal on four frozen pies to-go! Perfect to have in the freezer when are looking for a quick easy meal and are a great... portion per person. Our favourite was the braised beef rib. They also have other savoury and sweet pastries and a freezer ofdessert pies (apple, berry crumble) and small pints of kawartha ice cream! Read more
Pies are great, initially I thought the price was high but it honestly was filling and very well made. Such great quality. I had... the pulled pork pie and recommend trying it, it had great flavour and the pie crust was delicious. Excellent selection offlavours. Additionally a lot of different dessert pies to choose from too. Great service, well kept place. Read more
Amazing, tried the chicken n mushroom nice big pieces of chicken, flaky pasty and delicious taste. Not use to eating savory pies... but if ur gonna try for the first time be it from here. Even the desert pie is ???? Read more
Best chicken pot pie I've ever had! Literally was wondering the name of this place for years after a family member brought it to... a party, only to finally find it 5ish years later. Their cooked pies run out fast so it's best to call ahead of time, but thefrozen pies are good too (minus the watery effect you'll naturally get from heating up a frozen pie). I discovered this place through my partner and since then I?ve been hooked! Their pies have a delectable buttery and flaky... crust. It feels like it melts in my mouth and it?s SO delicious and the quality is ????????. My favourite pies from them are thepeppercorn roast beef, beef n? beer, and this buffalo chicken one that apparently is seasonal (super bowl time I heard?) Iremember receiving a free apple pie as well since it was my anniversary with my partner at that time. Honestly, the staff are sofriendly. I just can?t even fathom it. I get such a warm welcome when I walk in. Thankfully The Pie Commission does frozendelivery because I live quite far from them so I don?t go there too often. I?ve done the delivery once and there were noproblems. When I received my pies, they were still frozen. The money you pay for the delivery goes back to The Pie Commissionbecause they use their own drivers! :) Anyways, my partner and I picked up the beef n? beer, steak & stilton, peppercorn roastbeef, and jerk chicken pies! Yummy flaky, tasty, full of meat pies! Decadent desserts to match! I really like this franchise and how they are bringing... premium comfort food to the masses. You can't go wrong with any options here really. The steak pies are full of beef and gravy.The chicken mushroom pie tastes like home, and the dessert pies aren't too sweet. If you are lucky and see their seasonalpumpkin cheesecake, get it! The crispy crust really makes the show here. Read more
I was introduced to this place a year ago, and it has never disappointed. My favorite is the jerk chicken pie. The pie is... excellent not too spicy but very flavorful. The service is always top notch, staff are happy and smiling. I tried one of thecheesecake last time I was there. It was pretty good but I can't make THAT a habit! Read more
