Just for turban guy working weekend i guess?this is 2nd time I have to face him today and as expected he is confused lazy... unprofessional person. Very dissatisfied and disappointing experience here. I was here yesterday. I went to washroom and there was no toilet paper in... both stalls. So I went to the cashier and asked them for it. They said they will bring someone in there. I said ?okay, Thankyou? I ordered my food. Then after ordering, I reminded them again about the washroom. They both said they will send someone torestock ?NOW?. I thanked them again. I ate my food, and ate half of my wrap. I went to the washroom and still no toilet paper. Ihad to pee so bad. I left and went to the next restaurant to use their washroom. I was very disappointed. Some people wanted touse the washroom at that time too. We were all waiting. There wasn?t even a long lineup for the food orders but still theychose not to send anybody to address the main concern. Read more
Tim?s ice cap is my extremely favourite drink but it?s my 4th time at this very location at finch ave, Etobicoke that they don?t... serve one. And on top of that the server has a audacity to tell that in extremely rude way by saying no I can?t give you icecapp. The sever lady never even apologize for that or can recommend something else. If that?s too much of work or burden for herthen she should understand that this job is not for her. I am pretty sure that it might be just lazy work ethics that she has orelse if every location can offer why can?t this? Read more
