Very slow service, poor management, didn?t gave the right items, had to wait like 20 minutes for a bagel.
Waited 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese while the staff was giving their friends priority and letting them cut the line.

Worst tims ive ever been to. Theres kiosks for a express line but it end up taking longer most of the time. I waited over 20 min... today after i ordered for just a tea even though it was the least busy ive ever seen there and the milk in it is chunky. Read more
This has a lot of seats to sit and pass the time but unfortunately the wait times and lineup are quite big here.The management... of those lineup is poor. The employees take a lot of time to serve and they do it intentionally.In the rush hour one can waitover 30 mins which is more than any Tim hortons and they do mess up a lot of orders.I would suggest going to Van Houte for quickand better coffee .
