Awful. Staff couldn't even toast bagels. Took 20 min for a large regular and 3 medium blacks and 2 bagels. Would be faster to go... any anywhere else. Read more

I started experiencing an issue with a lady named ROSERMARY at this very location. Seems as though she SOLELY been designated... to drive thru. I never had any issue with any other employee or servers. I would give ROSEMARY my order and right away sheknew it was me, so she would make me repeat my order or repeat herself the wrong order, so i would have to correct her again andagain. I just want my coffee and sandwich and go. Looking forward to a speedy resolution and a formal reprimand of ROSEMARYplease. Some people are just bitter and enjoy screwing with people. I went to the drive through on June 30,2022 around 6:30 am in the morning the lady who was taking order(Rosemary) was really... rude. She was taking like she was doing a favour for me to work there. I went there for coffee, not to listen to someone?sattitude. Or handle the aggressive behaviour that she was working with. Read more

Nice small place. Busy line-ups. Faster to park and walk in.
Amazed... We are in 2018... And there is not even 1 plug socket that a customer can charge their laptop or phone while having... coffee ????!!!! Big oops.... Talk about customer satisfaction and service. #Timhortons you need to look into customer lifestyle and satisfaction. Time to visit a competitor and learn... I am a regular at this Tim Hortons Restaurant. The staff are friendly & considerate. It is busy, but the flow of customers is... managed. I hooe they read this because they need to pay more attention to cleanliness...in the main restaurant floors/tables,but especially to the washroom facilities. The washrooms are left in poor state for too long. Read more
