Ordered a black coffee and handed me a Double Double. It was annoying when you have to return from a traffic light just to tell... them that it was a wrong order again. Looks like they hired an inexperienced order taker. He/she takes the order and turns itinto something else. It's my third time facing this issue. I purchased a medium coffee, earl grey tea, a farmer?s breakfast sandwich, sausage & egg sandwich, and 2 donuts. Farmer?s... sandwich: I received this item in separate pieces, with no sauce. Medium coffee: I received this item with a cup that looksused. Coffee lid would not stay on and the rim was unfolding. Donuts: stale On top of these errors, I was overcharged. Has to be the worst Tim Hortons that is around. Employees don't care about the quality of the food they are serving and just... want to get the customers out as fast as possible. Drive through orders are usually wrong or completely inedible. Read more
Good people work here. They put way to much attention to the drive thru and not to the guests in the lobby. But I'm sure there... being pushed in that direction by head office. But over all, try real hard. Thanks team! Read more
