Just to give my feedback to the manager/ management team and Store Owner, Date- 11 oct 2022 morning 4:15 am, All the staff were... extremely rude, Our order was brief and elaborate, we were 3 person wanted our solo order, the Indian women taking the drivethrough order was super rude, we ask for some veg wrap she said yes we have veg wrap later she didn't put my veg wrap order ,and denied my order request and said u r lying. We were 3 people and she was so stubborn that she was refusing that we did notasked for veg wrap, and later when we asked to place some other order she said " You have to be in queue" such kind of customerservice I have never seen in my life, all the 3 member in the store were arguing specially the 2 girls. Terrible drive-through service...has me questioning their hygine practices as well. *** In short - they may be putting items... back for resale if they get an order wrong.*** The long - My order of a cheese croissant, chocolate croissant and a tea had tobe repeated twice and then was processed wrong - I got two chocolate, no cheese - which I relaised while getting onto theGardiner Expwy. I retuned to get my cheese croissant and again had to repeat myself. I get to the window and am told to givethe bag over so the worker can take back one of the chocolate and replace it. I state that I need a new chocolate as wellbecause I don't want their hand in my bag. I have already touched them both so they need to be thrown out. They respond that itwould waste two crosissants. They are holding my cheese croissant hostage until I return one of the chocolate croissants so theycan dispose of it. I school hime on proper hospitality and food hygine practices - I work in the industry as well - they conceedto give me a napkin so I can remove one of the croissants and make an exchange. Counter service is extremely slow. Mobile orders never get done until you arrive and tell them you made a mobile order. Sadly... this is the only time where I work. I literally placed an order at 5:01am to be picked up asap and by 5:24am my order wasn?teven looked at. Read more

If you have time to waste this is the place plus if you like egg shells with your food then you?re definitely in the right... place.9 out of 10 times their egg breakfast have egg shells in them. Even their double double is not a real double double theycut the amount of sugar and cream when making it. Sometimes you wait 5 minutes just to get someone to take your order.Take the 2minute drive down the road to the next Tim?s and skip on the frustration. Read more

Worst EVER!! Drive through. 3 vehicles in line. 19 minutes to get two coffees, and the lady taking the order through the speaker... repeated it 4 times and got it wrong each time, then still got the order wrong. Needed to give it back at the window. Also,order was only being poured when I got to the window. Atrocious service. Tim Hortons needs to seriously do something about thislocation. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited, I live in the area and will drive anywhere else but this one. Unless I am... desperate, which I was this morning. Their food is always burnt or tastes funny, their coffee this morning tastes like burntcoffee. Whoever the owner of this place is you have to make changes. From service to quality of food this place is the worst! Read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. None of the staff are trained in customer service, there have been some... employees who were terribly rude. I would rather pay the extra money at the Starbucks across the street. Read more

Its either they get your order completely wrong, they ran out of a product, or they burn your food. Not the best service,... there's always an issue Read more
