This place honestly is one of the worst I have been too. I don't normally leave comments but it's starting to become to much.... The food they make they could care less. When customer waiting they not care like they should. Never any seating as people stayso long. Even though they have a sign 20min sitting. Absolute worst Tim Hortons there Has to be I got the new maple bacon bagel BLT today I asked for toasted my bagel was not... toasted at all my lettuce Black in certain spots and there was one and a half pieces of bacon on it. I ended up throwing thewhole thing out and I will not be returning to Tim Hortons anytime soon. Another Canadian franchise gone down the crapper! Read more

I don?t get this: I come to this location every other day as it?s the only Tim Hortons on my way to work. I?m always respectful,... patient and polite to everyone as I know how stressful restaurant work is. Whenever I see any employees getting mistreated byother customers I always step in for them. And yet, EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a terrible attitude in return from the sameemployees. Not to mention my drinks always get under-filled, and there?s always EXTRA toppings missing from my sandwiches andsoups. If I pay for a LARGE french vanilla, why is it always filled HALF way like it?s a medium cup? This is beyond annoyingand be it one time thing I would?ve never cared, but every single time I ever order there?s always something wrong ??? This issuch a turn off, and today was my last straw. I will be taking my business and money somewhere that cares and tries for thecustomers. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this disorganized unprofessional location. I came here to get timbits for my son and coffee for myself. There was a wasp inside the display which I saw after buying and... letting my child start eating his treat. I told the staff about the bug and they didn't care and told someone in the back thatthere's a bug in the display. Very poor behavior and really disappointed in the level of hygiene at the branch. Haven't goneback since and don't recommend to anyone until Tim apologizes and maintains a better level of cleanliness. Read more
