Been here a few times now and the experience with the staff is always great. This is where I learned if you get a combo you... don't have to get a hashbrown, you can sub a donut. My only complaint is once I ordered a breakfast wrap and there was a pinkynail sized egg shell piece in it. It was only once but still jarring to suddenly feel something crunchy in what should otherwisebe soft. Read more

Iced Cap is terrible, runny and watery always. Hash brown is too hard that almost choked me onetime and they are always out of... something, so better not rely on mobile app. Go order in person to see what’s there or not. Only steep tea is kinda fine. Notworthy but no choice to visit that place as it is very near by my house. Read more

The iced capps and creamy chill never had ice. The one closer to my home definetely had crushed ice in it, so it is not because... of the recipe. I really want slushy and not liquid iced capp :( Read more

Nice small Tim’s, with good service. The doughnut and muffin selection is very limited though and the display is usually half... empty probably due to the busy traffic of the area. Read more

This review is dedicated to Promise - a lean, mean, customer-oriented, efficient, graceful machine. I often visit this store... since I work in the building upstairs. Hence I frequently interact with many of the staff members. But Promise definitely sticksout. I noticed over time she became familiar with my order, recalled it, and fulfilled it within the blink of an eye. Plus sheremembers my name and always served me (and fellow patrons) with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised by her sharpness and grace.Although I am usually in no rush, I admire her sense of urgency, precision and commitment to delivering such service to acustomer. Plus there is the element of human touch and interaction, which is preferable over pure transaction/economicexchange. Sometimes the line is long, so I like to observe. Being an engineer, I cannot help but notice any processdeficiencies and room for improvements in the system. I have noticed she is also very aware of such situations and activelyresolves the backlog by prioritizing items not just in the sequence they were created, but also according to the level of effortrequired, as well as monitoring the activities of new staff members (who might take longer than required to fulfil easy orders). These qualities are not just consistent with that of a Service Attendant, but also of roles requiring greater responsibility, complexity, and decision making. Hence, this review is intended not just for this Timmies location, but rather Tim Hortons HQ– if you are reading this, please take the effort and responsibility to appropriately reward some of your staff members whoexcel in their role. I believe your organization would benefit greatly by promoting such members. Thank you, Ryan Almeida Read more

Good customer service, lines aren't long (when I go) and the food is fresh. Have to point out that they do make their cinnamon... buns better than alot of other timmies. Read more
