They don?t have a croissant 8am in the morning. And they got my order wrong like usually and I asked for a breakfast combo that... I got without hash brown even though I paid and asked for it by the window. All they know to say sorry for everything. Thisplace doesn?t seem like it?s managed anyhow. Tim Hortons means misguide the customers and tell them stories. We saw a combo price for a drink and bagel today and the people... working there had no idea of it. Which means they didn't even know that the creen there was showing some prices and dealprices. One of the emplyee made us pay that amount ? t but eaten away our points and didn't care even to tell us. If this is theway they want to become big chain then from today onwards at least me and my family are stopping to buy anything from a TimHortons. Guys we will at least save that money and can advise our friends and others this excellent idea of saving money insteadof being robbed off bucks. Read more
I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due, this location is on the ball!! I generally avoid Tim Hortons based on all... the customer service blunders I've experienced over the years, but this location is outstanding! I can turn into the plaza, getinto the drive thru, place my order and pay and receive it all in the time it takes for one light cycle at the nearestintersection. They are LIGHTNING QUICK! It is so appreciated. So kudos to the staff and management for this incredible level ofservice, keep up the great work!!! Read more
Great coffee as usual but the SERVICE is OUTSTANDING... Management of this store should share their EXCEPTIONAL service secrets... with the rest of the chain. I use this drive through every morning and EVERY MORNING, they have my order ready and are handingit to me before I can get my card out of my wallet. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!!!! Read more
this is my go to spot, always loved going here, staff is extremely polite and welcoming, and my orders are usually great!... However I had a very disappointing experience with a bug on my donut. I noticed it after taking a bite and was very disgusted.Please ensure customers are given food without insects on them! thanks Read more
