i dont usually write reviews but I have noticed that this location tends to be impatient and rude with drive thru customers.... from all of my experiences with this location I have seen them rush customers out the way to adhere to time quotas of efficiencyinstead of giving quality service. This location is a legit clown show. Do employees actually get training these days? I have lost count how many times my order... has been wrong. There must be a world wide butter shortage because I have to ask for extra butter these days and my bagel stillcomes dry as a bone. The incompetence is astonishing. The standards at Tims in general has fallen off a cliff and the onlyreason anyone goes there is out of convenience. Their products and service are atrocious. Read more
