i dont usually write reviews but I have noticed that this location tends to be impatient and rude with drive thru customers.... from all of my experiences with this location I have seen them rush customers out the way to adhere to time quotas of efficiencyinstead of giving quality service. I?ve had nothing but terrible experience with this Tim Hortons. The drive thru staff has consistently gotten my order wrong... (double double turns into a steeped tea, on more than one occasion). After complaining about the service I received backlashfrom the staff. Will be using the other Tims from now on, will go out of my way. Read more
The hell is this?!? I ordered a Medium White Hot Chocolate and got this less than 3/4 filled Medium cup. I know they see it... wasn't full so why not make sure I get what I paid for!!! This location is a legit clown show. Do employees actually get training these days? I have lost count how many times my order... has been wrong. There must be a world wide butter shortage because I have to ask for extra butter these days and my bagel stillcomes dry as a bone. The incompetence is astonishing. The standards at Tims in general has fallen off a cliff and the onlyreason anyone goes there is out of convenience. Their products and service are atrocious. Read more
