First tube trying Wendy's. Food is the usual chain restaurant fare. Indistinguishable from mcdo, bk & others, for better or... worse. The soda machine at this location gave out flat, flavourless, coloured water, no matter how many flavours we tried. Read more
The food was fresh and hot. Good and clean inside. My mid rating is due entirely to management that understaffed the shift. 3... people just are not capable of covering an evening on the weekend. Support your staff, they were working their buts off. Read more
This is a typical Wendy's, and not usually busy so the line up in the drive through is not too long. The staff are friendly and... usually fill orders well. Make sure you ask for ketchup or any other condiment, because they will not provide condiments. Youalso need to specify if you want a larger drink or fries when ordering because they don't ask. I just love having to repeat my order quantity 3 times. Then - after asking to speak to a Manager: Finding out that guy was the... Manager named Ari. All because he was speaking to two customers at a time. But its our fault that his Customer service wasawful. And ... all he can do (when you point it out) is play the "poor me victim card". Well today I decided to try wendys breakfast and when I ordered the bacon and eggs and cheese and I was very surprised on the... two pieces of bacon they gave me. That only tells me that their commercial that puts down the other restaurant down for onlyhaving two pieces of bacon and they are asking where is the bacon??? I should be asking them where is the bacon. So ppl askwendys ?WHERE IS THE BACON ? Just saying at a disappointment way. That was a waste of my money. Just saying. Read more
Dave?s double was good for a dollar more than the single. I used the app and got some chicken nuggets that were complimentary.... Busy, location that could use some cleaning. One of the Pop machines could use refilling, and I did notice that people are askedto sanitize before using the touchscreen on the pop filling machines. Overall, the burger could use just a few seconds more sothat the middle is a tad warmer. Read more
This location is one of the nicer Wendy restaurants. It has plenty of free parking, outdoor seating, and plenty of indoor... seating. Service is quick and they always make sure your order is right. They have 2 Coca-Cola self dispensing machines andtheir condiments area is clean. Still very disappointed that they serve plastic straws. Most QSR have started to make thetransition to paper straws. C'mon Wendy's you can do better. Overall this Wendy is a great spot if your in the area. 4/5 stars. Read more
Food was good, tasty delicious. Made on time that I requested. The only thing we ordered online the bag was closed. I didn't... check, but no napkins, ketchup, cutlery or anything else . Not even straw for the drinks... other than that, good. Maybe justcheck or ask for it anyway. Read more
