Can't say enough about the service. Tyler & the staff treated us like family, took time to answer questions & suggestions about... visiting the area. And let my little boy talk their ears off! There where thee ladies working there . One of the was by far the rudest person ive delt with . This Waffle House ( in etowah... Tennessee) needs to make some changes in their personal. Waitress rude and short with us. She got our food wrong, we tried to let her know she said she wrote down what we said - which... was incorrect. We had to flag her down to bring us a coffee refill and when asked for creamer she slammed it down on the table. We wanted to go boxes- we ended up bringing our food to the register to box it up. The staff appeared to be mad at each otherand our waitress took it out on us. I have been a regular customer but after today?s visit no sure I will return. Read more
