Can't say enough about the service. Tyler & the staff treated us like family, took time to answer questions & suggestions about... visiting the area. And let my little boy talk their ears off! Lol Food was good, efficient. My coffee was never cold or had toask to be topped off. Keep up the good work! If we are ever back in the area, we will stop again. Read more

There where thee ladies working there . One of the was by far the rudest person ive delt with . This Waffle House ( in etowah... Tennessee) needs to make some changes in their personal. It has developed a terrible reputation for being complete incompetentis service. I definitely will not be going there again and do not recommend dining there Read more
Waitress rude and short with us. She got our food wrong, we tried to let her know she said she wrote down what we said - which... was incorrect. We had to flag her down to bring us a coffee refill and when asked for creamer she slammed it down on the table. We wanted to go boxes- we ended up bringing our food to the register to box it up. The staff appeared to be mad at each otherand our waitress took it out on us. I have been a regular customer but after today?s visit no sure I will return. Read more

Horrible service, rude waitress who literally took our order while on the phone with someone, and not to mention the food tasted... awful. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks and we waited almost an hour for our food. We went in the afternoon around 9p. Soif your looking for a good experience at the waffle house don't go in the evenings cause it'll be a waste of time and money. Read more
As you can see from our group photo, we all enjoyed our breakfast meals. When our party of 9 arrived this morning, Friday the... 13th became a lucky day - two booths next to each other and 3 wait staff to take our orders. Catrina was the veteran, and shewas training a young man & woman with her. We ordered our drinks, which were delivered quickly, and then breakfast. Everyonehad something different at our table. Two of us had scrambled eggs and raisin toast, but grits and bacon for one and hash brownsand sausage patties for the other. One had the hash browns, bacon, eggs bowl, and another had the cheese omelet with wheat toastand hash browns. Last to order had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on Texas Toast. Not sure what the other tableordered. Meals came quickly, hot and good. As coffee cups and water glasses emptied, they were quickly refilled. This was abusy place, but we did not feel neglected. It was a good choice for breakfast! Waffle House remains one of our favoritebreakfast places - no matter where we are! Read more
Food was delicious. Fresh, hot, and made perfectly. We got a "breakfast" burger. It has a fried egg and bacon with waffle house... sauce. Phenomenal! Read more
