I called in with a huge order for my staff members at UPS around 7pm. Actually I had to make 1/2 the order online and 1/2 over... the phn. The manager Keshia and her team were so nice and professional. When I arrived to pick it up, they had packaged itneatly in 2 boxes for my convenience. And for my troubles, I ordered a mocah shake, which they made to perfection with the whipcream and chocolate drizzle. Two of the male associates even carried the boxes to my car for me. My UPS team really liked thelittle sliders. I was told Good Job for thinking quickly to order from Arby's for the 2nd shift lunch that the manager suddenlywanted to treat and pay for. Read more

One of the best experiences I've had at Arby's. The lady taking the orders was extremely nice and patient with me since I had a... big order. The manager even stepped in to help and when I got to the window they both were professional and polite. Nothing wasmissing which is surprising since we ordered a lot. I will never go back to this Arby?s location again everyone in there is so rude and I don?t understand why including the manager... is the rudest one you would think after they made you wait 30 minutes for your food they would get it right well guess again mywhole order was messed up and when I said something about it for the whole staff try to intimidate me to the point where Ididn?t even want any more food I just wanted a refund and they refuse to give me a refund or my food back so I?m out of 12 bucksand a meal I started to call the cops but I said you know what I just want to get out of here as fast as possible please pleaseplease save your money and go someplace else but not the Taco Bell next-door they just as bad thanks hope everyone has a niceday Read more

Chicken Bacon Ranch prepared at this location was not on point. Funny thing is I asked for a receipt and they put in the... bag?well, I know why they put it in the bag and not in my hand? It was a mile-long receipt. Smh Read more
