Rude. The rudest people ever. You are part of the community if you don't want to service the area leave. You are not courteous... or friendly or even offer one but if customer service attitude. You got rid of all the black employees who were nice andprovided customer service. You want the money but not give the service. Take a training class or get better family members towork there. This DD is horrible and nothing is ever fresh. I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee and instead I got an iced coffee... that was bitter and tasteless. The iced coffee was warm too. The coffee tasted like it was 2+ days old. When I asked for anotherone, it tasted just as disgusting. Like you could clearly look at the coffee and tell that it was old. I ended asking for ablood orange refresher as a replacement? that tasted just as bad. Read more
Gave the person in front of me my order. As they drove off, the cashier screamed out the window and the person stopped.... Proceeded to run to the car, give them the right order then take the already opened food, put it back in the bag, walk insideand give it to me through the window. I explained that this was a health hazard, technically illegal to do, but the cashierrefused to replace it. I will not be returning. Read more
