I'd you wanna watch your whole life pass you by, go through the drive -through at this McDonald's. Came for breakfast and I know... they were open. I sat there for about 15 minutes with nothing so much as a "sorry, we don't open until (insert opening time)". Imade the decision to leave since it felt like Twilight Zone episode. I just drove pay the 2nd window and there was a womanstanding there on her phone. This McDonald's is entirely run by unprofessional people. I usually go out to the one on VineStreet. They will continue to see my money. Read more

Slow, unprofessional, and you may as well order something random since that won?t be what you get anyway. Fries were packing... peanuts, even during the lunch rush. Zero stars should be an option. Read more

I sat in drive thru number 1 behind one other car being ignored for seven minutes. While everyone that pulled up to drive thru 2... orders were taken and quickly drove off. I was blocked by the car behind me or else I would've drove off. Once the car behind mewent to drive thru 2 I left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WHY WOULD YOU IDIOTS IGNORE DRIVE THRU 1?? Read more

I patronized this place of business today and good god the attitude that I experienced was insane. I told girl I wanted a number... 4 with a Diet Coke? then I said I?m sorry scratch that I want a number 7 with a Diet Coke. I even followed up by saying I wouldhave been highly upset if it was a number 4 because I wanted a breakfast burrito. This girl brings me 7 diet cokes. ????what?!? I said no I wanted a number 7 with a Diet Coke. She goes I asked you twice and then commenced to getting an attitudewith me. Truthfully, you should never ever let a customer see or experience you get a foul attitude. They tried to fix my order,but based on the attitude I opted to get my money back and I?ll never patronize this business again. I don?t have to spend myhard earned money on a breakfast meal served with a side of attitude. Maybe it is just McDonald?s but I am spending my moneywhether it is $7 or $700 if I don?t get an attitude with you please don?t get an attitude with me. Customer Service iseverything to me. I was sitting in line forever then I looked to see what the reviews are in my spare time while in the drive-through, that I... shouldn?t have mind you, and they all say how long and ridiculous the wait is.
